How should we deal with the problems in education system?

How should we deal with the problems in education system?

Before knowing that how to deal up with the problems in the education system first priority is to know what those problems are. One of the main issues in the education system is the lack of qualified teachers in the schools (article from Anum khan). There is more study form the books and the children are not made to learn practically. The children are taught all the subjects at same time so they are not able to focus on the subject they like, and unlikely thousands of more problems exists but the question arises that what is the main  cause behind these problems.

Starting up with that the countries with low economy are not able to afford, to hire highly qualified teachers and due to this reason the concepts in the in the mind of children are not clear and the are left behind the other students who are having highly qualified teachers secondly these countries are not able to facilitate their students with a proper learning environment. As in many countries the children are not allowed to study only one subject in detail rather they are made to study seven to ten subjects. One more problem that the curriculum designed is same form every student, the students which are not able to

These causes are having tremendous no of consequence .A student taught by an unqualified teacher would result in the bad result of the student as he was never able to gain the concept properly. According to the report, nearly 6.2 million students in the U.S. between the ages of 16 and 24 in 2007 dropped out of high school, which is more than 16 percent of all Americans in that age range (Michael Albada 2010). The second big consequence is that as the student is made just to learn from the books and the practical work is almost zero so they are not able to properly gain the tricky concept and are just lost in the book. The result of not let a student focused on a particular subject would result in the confusion, as an average student cannot just study everything.
As the concept will be not clear so there would be no development in the state as the talent would be buried. According to an article not only the children are effected globally the schools are being closed as the children were not going well there (Jennifer smith Richards and bill bush, 2014). A large no of students nationally and globally are being not able to pass.

In my private views due to these consequences the economy of Pakistan is being greatly affected and they are now just not be able to earn from industry and would be just able to earn from agriculture.
Already in Kenya to make education accessible achieve Universal Primary Education already made since 2006-2012 (article pg. 11). Secondly the government of Pakistan is making more and more universities to make the education access able and secondly the government is making up more are more schools to provide education to the poor children.

Except all this the thing to be done is that the curriculum should be designed in such a manner that the students must be allowed to learn practically and they must  be allowed to study what they want and must not be forced to do all the subjects as it is said Because education is the backbone of a competitive workforce and successful economy, making it a priority is not uncommon (Micheal.f.easely) .
